Anderton Associates Ltd, trading as Green Acer Coaching, delivers 1:1 coaching services and workshops to people in midlife via virtual and in-person sessions. To do this, we collect and manage data from our clients and prospective clients via the initial enquiry form and subsequent forms once a programme has started. In line with the UK data protection legislation, we are committed to respecting the rights of our clients and prospective clients’ privacy and rights. As such, we act as the ‘Data controller’ with regards to the information gathered and processed by us.
